Shipping policy
At The Bohemian State, each dress is lovingly handcrafted in Barcelona. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and order details.
1. Processing Time
Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to carefully prepare your order before it is shipped. During busy periods, preparation may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if so.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via CORREOS and SEUR for most destinations.
For certain international shipments, we may use DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Free or promotional shipping may occasionally be offered.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Spain (domestic): 3–7 business days after shipment
Europe: 5–10 business days after shipment
International: 10–20 business days after shipment
Please note these are estimated times and may vary due to customs or local courier delays.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For shipments to Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: All customs duties and import taxes are INCLUDED in the final checkout price (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
For shipments within Spain and the European Union: No customs duties apply.
For shipments to other countries outside the European Union: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. Costs vary depending on the destination country and order value.
5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the regions listed in our shipping settings. Orders placed outside these regions cannot be processed. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Order Issues
